How we fly

  • Pre-flight.
  • Flight plan
  • Takeoff
  • Cruise

A simple, visible process. You always know what we are building this week and what comes next.

01Pre-flightWeek 1

Discovery

We learn your goals, users and constraints, then write a clear plan with scope, stack and timeline.

02Flight planWeeks 2–3

Design & architecture

Clickable designs and a technical blueprint, so you see the product before we build it.

03TakeoffWeeks 3–10

Build

Short sprints with a staging link from week one. You review real software every week, not slide decks.

04CruiseOngoing

Launch & maintain

We ship to production and the stores, watch the numbers, and keep improving the product.

  • UI/UX design in Figma
  • Build with weekly demos

Monthly · usually replies within hours
Our team needs another senior dev.
And someone to keep the live app healthy.
Senior engineers by the month: full-time, part-time, or a few hours to keep a live app healthy, whoever built it.
  • Joins your tools, standups and repo
  • New features against your roadmap
  • Fixes, SDK upgrades and store releases
  • Scale up or down monthly

Questions, answered

How much does a project cost?+

It depends on scope. After a short call we send a fixed quote with a clear list of what is included. Dedicated developers are billed monthly at a flat rate.

How long does it take to build an app or website?+

Most marketing websites take 3–6 weeks. A first version of a mobile app or SaaS product usually takes 8–12 weeks. You get a staging link from the first week.

Can you take over an existing codebase?+

Yes. We start with a short code audit, fix the most urgent problems, and then keep one of our developers on for as many hours a month as you need.

How does a dedicated developer work with our team?+

They join your Slack, standups and repositories and work on your roadmap like an in-house engineer. You can change the hours from month to month.

Who owns the code?+

You do. All code, design files and accounts are set up under your organisation and transferred as we go.

What happens after launch?+

Every project includes 30 days of support. After that, most clients keep one of our developers on a few hours a month for updates, monitoring and new features.
